Our Story (So Far)
Built on a Beautifully Big Idea
Somewhere between a neighborhood red-sauce joint and a palazzo, there's a restaurant we can't stop imagining. So we're building it — slowly, deliberately, deliciously.
Pat's Pizza Pasta Palace starts from one stubborn belief: nobody should ever leave an Italian restaurant hungry, and nobody should have to choose between quality and quantity. Our answer is prodigious portions — wood-fired pizzas that shade the whole table, pasta piled past the rim, served in a room that feels like a celebration even on a Tuesday.
And yes, we talk like this on purpose. Alliteration is the house accent — you'll find it on the menu, over the door, and eventually on the aprons. Consider it a promise: if we sweat the syllables this much, imagine what we'll do with the sauce.
